Designed to offer quick and easy installation and remove of the top hi-hat cymbal and fast and convenient on/off settings on the hi-hat. The Stagg Hi Hat Drop Clutch M8 provides instantly accessible adjustments to the hi-hat spacing. Simply drop the lever with your hand or stick to lock the hi-hats closed and push the lever again to re-open the hi-hats. This leaves your hi-hat foot free to play double bass whilst still having access to a closed hi-hat sound.

Quick release for easy installation

The Stagg Hi Hat Drop Clutch M8 features a quick release, consisting of a spring and ball bearing locking sleeve to provide quick and easy installation and removal to the hi-hat cymbal. Simply pull the locking sleeve away from the clutch, place your top hi-hat on the clutch and push the sleeve back in place. The sleeve then locks to the clutch to keep your hi-hat securely in position.
